The buck toothed ugly sales girl is an idiot. I first thought she was a guy with a terrible haircut and a gay car, but when she tried to sell my mother a few items in her car, she wasn�t knowledgeable about the reasons for the recommendations. Let me say that again....she questioned her own technicians! Place is a rip off and the mechanics are idiots!

My VW was in this shop and the Fat Ass Manager attempted to strong arm me by selling me an overpriced alternator. Their mechanics in the garage are the worst in the world because they took their sweet time putting it back together when they got mad after my father declined their price. These jerks are a'holes and I am telling everyone at USF and the surrounding areas. They made me wait another two hours while tearing my car apart. The knowledge here is terrible, the Jaba the Hut manager is a piece of crap and he tried to eat me like Princess Leia. Total douche!
