The only reason I gave this place one star is because they wouldn't let me not give any! TERRIBLE detail. He claimed to have dyed my carpet black for me, which I NEVER asked for, but it WAS NOT dye, it was SPRAY PAINT!! He tries to upsell you on inferior quality goods. He lies and says he is giving you the top quality of window tint and then I found out it was from a generic no-name company and faded on my car in 6 months!!! He also burned my wheels and then tried to tell me that someone else did it and he would charge me to fix it!! There were no scrapes or burns on my wheels before I went there, he did it and then had the audacity to try to CHARGE ME to fix what he ruined!! This place is a RIP-OFF and a JOKE!!!! Do not take any vehicle to this shop, go anywhere, BUT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PERCY'S. If you care about your car, DO NOT bring it here!
