Terrible Service and Food Quality/Presentaion Just Said! Time to close this store! ASAP!

The heavy girl who works the front counter in the evenings has poor customer service skills, and a bad outlook on life. She should be working in the kitchen instead of the front line. The pizza's are greasy and very small. The quality and the presentation of the pizza's and pasta are very sad. This has occurred the last several times we ordered pizza from this location. Everyone knows we are in a recession and every customer is needed and should be acknowledge and greeted right away.

Several people walked into the store after us, and this Team Member named (Kimmie) who works at the counter never said hello to anyone... Instead was eating something in the back. Just sad! Not one smile... Then gave everyone a bad attitude when we the customers approached her for service.

If the economy gets any worse this store should be one of the first stores to close. For now on, when my family wants pizza we plan to go to Hungry Howies, and/or Pappa Johns. Kimmie, you give Pizza Hut a bad name. As a long time customer... I have seen enough and just had to write this time.
