Our safety goal is zero injuries and no lost time accidents. More than a priority, these core values are strongly supported by senior management and backed by a comprehensive program of training, accountability, and recognition. On all of our projects our superintendents have received the 30 hour OSHA safety training and all of our employees have received the 10 hour OSHA training. This effort on safety is reflected in our below market employee modification rate, currently we are in the .79 range.
