We called on a Friday afternoon to purchase a pallet of sod & was told it would not be available until the next morning, Saturday. We were assured they were open on Saturday, and said we could pick it up at 10:00 am. We showed up at 10:10, but no-one was there. We could see a truckload of sod there, but could find no person there. We tried calling the phone number multiple times up until 11:00 am but the only answer was a loud screetching of a fax machine.



We do not appreciate the blatant disregard and waste of our time. If they had no intentions of being there on Saturday morning, we could have ordered the sod from another company . At the very least they could have told us we could not pick it up until Monday. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
