Located on the Epicurean Hotels ground floor, Evangeline features a delectable menu of body, skincare, beauty, Caudalie vinotherapies, and FarmHouse Fresh rituals, along with couples packages (two dual treatment rooms boast a tub for two with chromatherapy lighting and a Kohler steam duet shower). Classic interiors present a color scheme that carefully ties in to Epicurean Hotels culinary theme. An airy mani/pedi room, nicknamed the cellar, is highlighted by a wall covered with 20,000 corks, a nod to the hotels love of wine, and in the center resides a fragrant live herb wall that allows therapists to incorporate locally grown cilantro, mint, and other fresh ingredients into select treatments; additionally, a sommelier works with guests to customize products to use in house or at home. Complimentary wines are provided to guests during select treatments, as are desserts from the hotels patisserie.
