The water pump went the first night and we had to shut the water off until the repair man came the next day. As well the refrigerator would not switch over to propane when we turned off the generator and therefore we had to use the generator for the weekend rental. They agreed to not charge for the generator hours but offered no compensation for the night of no water. Once I argued the fact, they agreed to compensate for one night. However when I received the revised bill they added in all generator charged before the deduction. That is not what was agreed upon. I would give a zero if allowed for how they handled this situation. I do not feel they provide a quality service nor follow good business practices.
