Horrible. They sell you an appliance then switch it for an inferior one when they deliver. The drivers will tell you it is common practice. They sold the appliances I picked out and sent damaged ones and instructed the drivers to see if I would accept them. They will not give you a refund even though they don't have the appliance you bought. Bait and switch. Have filed fraud charges. Alex the salesman will promise you anything but will not honor your purchase.

Just like the other review , sold me a leaking washer and won't come back to pick up and replace called 4 times

They sell absolute junk. Day 1 didn't work properly. Won't pick up to fix . You have to bring it back to them.
Go somewhere else! They will lie to about their intentions but never follow thru. Buy new!
