We offer Tai Chi & QiGong classes for Greater Health (Adults—Beginner & Intermed.). We teach Yang-style Tai Chi, QiGong, Balance exercises, Stretching, Strengthening, & Functional Fitness by Certified Instructor, Suzanne Chen, (40 yrs fitness, 20 yrs Tai Chi experience). Tai Chi & QiGong are Gentle flowing Exercises, for all ages, helps w/ Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Brain Health, Calms Mind & Body, to improve all areas of Health. Current Classes at Grace Lutheran Church ($10 per class): Beginner Tai Chi - Mondays & Thurs, 10am -11am, Intermed. Tai Chi - Mon & Thur, 11:15am -12pm, * All Exercises done Standing (Unassisted). Fantastic Tai Chi Classes for beginners and intermediate! Excellent Instructor! The Instructor, Suzanne Chen, gives easy clear directions for learning Tai Chi, step by step. The classes have adults, all ages 50-85+ yrs of age. This is the best instructor I've ever found. There are great balance exercises and you will learn tons to improve your health and life in all areas. Highly recommended!
