The service is awful. I have had a subscription for 2 Sunday papers for 2 weeks. First week I got only 1 paper. Second week I got no papers. I am a couponer so I depend on the delivery. I also have 2 Sundays coming from the Tampa Bay Times (formerly the St. Pete Times,) I have had them for over I year. The price is far more reasonable that the Tribune and I have only had 1 delivery problem with them. I am even more aggravated that I can't seem to locate a representative to even ask for a Monday delivery of the Sundays they never delivered. All I get is a recording saying they will credit my account. Don't want the credit, want the dang papers!

Poor writing, poor story selection, Poor editing and Poor customer service

Trib has long been the voice of the GOP but they have even moved moreright in the last year.

Frankly,. I am sorry that I just renewed my subscription. Your new arrangement just plain STINKS.





First you cut back on the Pasco News to 5 days a week, then this B.S. Even tho you reduced your news coverage of PASCO, you never did answer me about my reduction in the subscription rate for LESS PAPER.



You are getting to be great politicians just like the rest of the crowd. Don't take

C H A N G E too seriously. It may come back and hit you in the face.
