HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered blank uniform shirts for my daughter and was told I would get them the next week. Two weeks later, I went in to inquire about the shirts. They still were not in. The lady could not tell if they had been ordered or when I would get them. When I requested a refund, she then turned very nasty and said it was not their policy. Finally, she said she would send me a refund check in the mail. Mind you, this was the beginning of the school year and my daughter had already went two weeks to school without uniform shirts. This lady was one of the bosses and clearly does not care about her customers. After 5 years of buying shirts from there, I will NEVER go back!!
