DO NOT LEASE HERE

While it may seem as if The Province is "luxury student living", trust me, it is the opposite. If you want your car to be vandalized at night, hear loud parties at all hours of the night, or be charged ridiculous fines..this is the place for you. There is no form of security here AT ALL, which in turn has cause numerous cars to be vandalized; everything from side mirrors bashed off, to windows being bashed for no apparent reason. Shelley, the site manager, only cares about making money..that is ALL. She will never return your calls either. The only time she will be extremely nice and professional, is when you are signing your lease. Like I said, do NOT lease here. You will not enjoy your experience.
