I have done plenty diets in my day. I even had a Lab Band procedure and that failed. I found Dr. Thomas and went to his BEAUTIFUL facility and found that everyone there is just great! They are so inviting and full of encouragement. I have already lost 10 pound and I feel great! Although I have alot more to lose I feel confident that this time I will lose the weight and keep it off!!! His diet is wonderful and keeps me on my toes. I have so much energy and his diet plan is just so easy. I recommend this doctor with my eyes closed. You will not be sorry!
