We believe all clients should have and be aware of the following: 1) They have correctly completed all the required documents and planning to avoid foreseeable problems for them and their family 2) They have correctly documented and archived those documents and plans for those foreseeable events 3) They are aware of the benefits, limitations and risks of all their assets 4) They are aware of all the options that would be available to them to achieve or preserve their chosen standard of living
