Provided by YP.comI had a problem with UPS rescheduling a delivery. Instead of making an attempt to redelivery it, the local office sent it back to the original sender. I spoke with the customer service department, 3-4 times and the problem was still not resolved. Then I received a call from the corporate office and now the package is on it's way back to my house. The corporate representative was very professional and courteous, and assured me that the package was being returned as fast as possible, and that I will receive a refund for the shipping.
