Must make a purchase to get customer service...

Most of the employees I���ve encountered here are very rude, and lack basic customer service skills. You are dismissed rather quickly once they find out you are not there to make a new purchase and not interested in upgrades, accessories, etc.



The service department employees are the worst- not very helpful.

After signing-up and waiting in line to get assistance, they refer you to call customer service (Btw, had previously called for help & was referred to the service center).

What a waste of time that was, huh?



The only pro here is this location has an automatic payment machine (cash, credit, debit, check), its convenient most of the time.

So as long as you don���t interact with any of the employees you may have a pleasant experience.
