Provided by YPmobileThey have to change the name of their business because it doesn't reflect the way they do business, they are a group of people working there pretending they are from the same family , all cars have hidden mechanical problems , they will be nice to you till they make the sale after that the owner will be hidden in his office avoiding to see you or talk to you when you try to return the broken car , they finance your car and make you sign papers with 29% interest without telling you, anyone that wants to go buy a car from there please go check all the complaints they have in DMV and the lawsuits they have against them , I wish I was aware before I went there, they keep changing locations thinking people not going to know about them , and I'm sure that the positive review on here is one of them that wrote it .

Provided by YP.comI just purchased the vehicle that i am looking for 3 months. Finally, I found my baby at VIP. Orlando is a great sales manager over there. Owner handed me free $50 worth gas card after the purchase. I will definitely buy my next car from them.

Provided by YP.comThe owners and staff of VIP One Imports are manipulative, dishonest, and immoral. They failed to deliver products they promised. We bought a used car about three weeks ago. We took the car to a mechanic for a complete inspection. The mechanic revealed the car was a lemon. The following day we took the car back to the dealership and asked for a refund. Although the dealership would not give us a refund they appeared to have my husband and I best interest in mind. They gave us two options. The first we could return the car as a trade in for the amount equal to the purchase or the second choice they would fix every repair listed on the mechanic’s inspection sheet for $1K. We opted for the second option being that our mechanic wanted to charge us over 1K to fix everything. So we got that in writing, a contract. They gave us three different dates as to when the car would be ready. Each time the car has not been ready. NOW the dealership says they cannot fix the car! AFTER THREE WEEKS! They are breaking our contract. Instead of fixing the original car we purchased they wanted us to take another vehicle, “a better car”. Or we could get a complete. We agreed to test drive another car for the weekend. The test drive car we also took to the mechanic for an inspection. The mechanic says this car has major issues as well. The dealership had promised to put us in a better. My husband and I did not want the test drive vehicle due to the mechanical issues. Clearly this car was not better. We returned the test drive car and asked for a complete refund of our money. One again the dealership did not deliver as promised. They said that they were not going to give us a refund. The owner lied to us. The end result, we get our original junk car we purchased back after three weeks! Our car was held by the dealership for no reason because they did not do ANY repairs at all to our vehicle. They flat our lied about the progress of our car repairs, the contract, giving us a better car, as well as about giving us a refund.
