Not good with returning phone calls, even when they were the ones who made the intial contact and said it was important. I return the call to no avail. Also, they caused my homewowners insurance to lapse, but thankfully were able to get it reinstated. Proper forms were mailed back to them in a appropriate timely manner, yet my agent claim their office did not receive in time. Clearly they did not mail the form to me the day they said they would mail, since I didn't receive until 2 days later, which should have only taken a day, since in the same city. The week prior to my mailing, they were made them aware of the pressing time, yet my agent was pretty slow on acting upon my needs. Not good customer service. I think I may have to look for another agent before renewal next year.
