took my two dogs Sully and Toki for the first time. Making the appointment was very easy and convenient. They went above and beyond. Jorge made sure to call me and update me about my dogs during the service. The staff is very friendly and the shop is impeccable.
My dogs haircut came up perfect! And they even surprised me with cute pictures of my dogs and a goodie bag. I will definitely recommend this place your dogs will be in good hands. Gracias!

I recently went to Woof! Here It Is and I was extremely impressed with the staff and the facility. Then I rand across the review here, and was confused by them. It turns out they are under new management. I guess the prior owners did not operate as well. I highly recommend them.

Don't waste your time going to this store. If it is during the week, they are always closed before 5pm (their posted closing time). I have complained of this several times. They always apologize but then do nothing about it. I will be happy to do my shopping at Pet Store that cares a little bit more about their clients.

I stopped in to see what this boutique dog store was about. I always buy my doggies something from indie pet store when I come across one, so I got a couple items and went to the counter. The man was on the phone and I was prepared to wait when he rudely put his hand out palm forward. I said that I could clearly see he was on the phone and there is no need to be rude. He then ,in a snotty tone, " I will be a minute" to which I replied, " you can keep your merchandise.." I walked out and a moment later he came out and said, "hey! what is your attitude?" I said that there are plenty of stores that treat people well. He then said, wait for it... "Get The Hell Out of Here!" I was half down the block ,. Needless to say, I would not recommend shopping at Woof there it is, unless you are looking to be accosted by the counter boy.
