I agree this company is a rip off I called and asked the (girl] how much the charge is for coming out with a tow truck she said its a 135.00 charge and then said their is a 2.00 charge extra I couldn't understand her then she mumbled 2.00 every-----------? couldn't understand when I got home their was a bill for 270.00 wow that really jumped. I guess that's why she has that kind of job when you cant understand her that's how they make money please if you need a tow CALL someone else people like that shouldn't be in business it was a 15 minute job lets all get rich for doing a easy tow job that's whats wrong in this world people like that

This company will RIP you off and don't even care about the locals all they care about is the money. After a little accident my 19 old daughter had ( she has a 1 yr old and can not find a job) had they are charging her $195 to go 1/4 of a mile yes 1/4 of a mile all because the police called for the tow truck. We called our own tow truck and showed up a few mins later but the car was hook up all ready. The lady in the office did not want to hear a word about it and said it is 195 dollars she did not care one bit that I have used there towing service in the past. Very rude customer service she said she had many happy customers and that my business meant nothing. I would not recommend giving this company any business, they are a money hungry company. I have used them to tow me from NJ home since I commute and I will never use them again.
