I moved here from the Days Inn (next door) which was atrocious. This hotel is clean, modern, good gym facilities. Rooms were nice, modern, free wifi worked. Indoor pool (would be nicer to have an outdoor one). Staff were attentive. Overall I was happy with this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean when we arrived. Check-in took about 5 minutes and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon going to my jacuzzi and fireplace room, I was glad I chose this room. The room was a nice size and everything worked properly.

My stay at the Ramada was wonderful. The manager and staff was all friendly and kind always ready to get you what ever you needed whenever you needed it. I have been staying at this hotel for several years. When you go there it is like being at home. You feel welcome and homely. If ever in Tannersville please check it out, you will not be disappointed.

The management and staff are first rate, always helpful and courtesy. The hotel is clean, the pool is great, and the room rates are a great value.

Great hotel for price nice room and beds. Pretty good continental breakfast very close to camel beach park with out paying outrageous price. Would recommend

The place has a fresh new look and has comfortable clean new rooms. People are very nice and hospitality gets full marks. The indoor pool is a pleasant experience. All in all a great stay at a great place

Extremely happy with our stay. Very closing to the Crossing Outlets for shopping and only about a 10 minute if that ride to the Casino. The hotel has been completely remodeled. There was ample parking, The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. Check in was Quick. The bathroom was small, but nicely done. Beds were comfortable, clean and pillows soft. The furniture was nice and Flat Screen TV perfect size. Refrigerator was on and working. Microwave was clean. Our heating system worked perfectly. Our room was quiet we really didn't hear noise from others at all. Breakfast that is included in your stay was really good. The staff was on top of everything and made sure it was clean and replenished. Check out again quick and easy. For the price I would recommend this hotel, worth every penny.

I used to stay here a lot when it was a ramada. Just stayed here recently when it became a best western. Overall great stay. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel and room. Everything is newly renovated and very nice. Fireplace room is perfect for after skiing. Close to all the local attractions. Pretty good breakfast better than most free breakfasts. I don't know why this hotel got such terrible reviews. It's really a great hotel. Will definitely be back.

After our vacation home's pipes bursting and losing heat, instead of turning around and going home we decided to find a local hotel in the area. We decided to try the Ramada, which was conveniently located in the downtown area near all of the major attractions, and it did NOT disappoint. Immediately we were greeted by a very friendly staff and for less than $120 we stayed in a cozy room with a fireplace and a bathtub. We all slept great and woke up to a nice breakfast buffet which included waffles. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back again.

I had a great room. The hotel was in a great location and the staff couldn't be any nicer. I would stay here again. We especially enjoyed the inside pool.

The hotel is in walking distance of the outlets and a dinner. The breakfast area was clean and very well stcked and offered many options. The room was clean expecially the bathroom. I would stay again, the price was right and the stay was pleasant.

This is a great place location stay love the rooms nice that they serve free breakfast this has been the second time I stayed there will continue coming back.

Needed a room quick, read reviews and they were mixed. We decided to try it anyway. The room was lovely. No wet floors or beds. Clean, no signs of any kind of Bugs. We wanted a Jacuzzi, and there was one but if your on the larger side then it might not work for you. It was very small. There was a shower in the Jacuzzi. There was no wall between the Jacuzzi and the room only the curtain separating the room. That was a little uncomfortable when you needed to use the bathroom. But non-the-less, we had a nice stay. The breakfast room was very clean. the basic breakfast, cereals, muffins, bagels, and waffles. Would stay again.
