This place has horrible customer service! I woke up at 8am for them to come do an estimate and after waiting 2 hours, and calling the salesman cell phone 3 times, I called the office at 10:30 and the salesman picked up. I asked why he didn't show up and said "do you want me to come now", he said "it is raining". I asked to speak with owner and he said he was the boss. If this is the way he treats potential customers, I understand why everyone says they are treated like dirt after they pay.



STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Had my driveway resurfaced, they did a great job! Showed up on time, answered all my questions. All my neighbors want theirs done now!

I know exactlly what you mean F & F allso paved my driveway in 2009 and I am still waiting for compinsation $6800 they got me for! It looks like my dead mother and father paved the driveway. I dont know which is worse the speed bump in the middle of the driveway or the lake I have infront of my garage doors when it rains. The egdes are all crumbled and there are countless cracks through out!!! I called numerous times sent letters and e -mails I keep waiting for Bob to see it he claims its this way for drainage the speed bump was put there on purpose if he would have been on the job when it was done maybe this wouldnt have happened but from what I hear he just sends crews of men out to do driveways and they have no experience I dont know how there still in business there a joke they blame it on the next guy. Dont use F & F !

I spent over 5K to have my driveway done. The paving was poorly done with waves all over. They kept promising to return to fix it. After 3 years of calling, faxing, e-mailing, and speaking with the owner, someone finally showed up. He said it was the last salesman's fault. WHAT? What does the workmanship have to do with the salesman? He said the saleman was fired and he took all the files with him, so they have no records of the work done, eventhough I had a copy of the reciept. He quoted me over 8K to fix their mistake! I was told that the owner would give me a break in the cost and would call me back. I'm back where I started, I call, they promise, no one shows up. Do not deal with them! They are a bunch of lairs! Once they get your money, you'll never see them again. They are not even part of the Better Business Bureau! That should tell you what type of business they are running. Beware!
