Provided by YP.comApril 19, 2017. Outstanding evening. Excellent service from Sophia. My wife and I shared the steak tartar (large serving). She had blackened chicken with vegetables and I had the tournedos, both were excellent. The real star of the meal were the vegetables, especially the artichokes on my wife's plate. We were able to meet the Sous Chef, Steven Williams, and express our gratitude. In prior years I have heard if a restaurant does vegetables well, the dinner will be good. Our dinner was excellent. We will definitely return the next time we are in Taos.
