They suck ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I moved into a property that they managed on May 21st, told them on May 23rd stove/oven was broken, they came out May 30th to look at it. On June 7th they said the part to fix it could not be found because oven was to old, they would have to call owner to OK a new stove/oven. They ordered a new one, but when it came, July 5th it was the WRONG SIZE and would not fit the slot the oven set in. The took the old oven out which the stove part work, and I had nothing to cook with. Oven that fit came in on July 20th. They installed it but did not remove foam tape that was inside oven, to protect the oven door. I turned oven on and toxic smoke filled condo. I also reported on a licking bathroom sink, water was all over the place under the sink. They told me that to not use the bathroom sink until their repair man could come, which they said could not come for 2 days because he had a bigger and MORE important job to do which was to cut a lawn. I also ask over and over again to fix the refrigerator and they did not fix it, it leaked water all the time. They at Remax take the owners money and do NOTHING FOR THE TENATE
