I ordered the Steak with Fried Shrimp dinner that came with a 1 visit only salad bar, and 2 sides. Now I can count on one hand how many times I’ve sent food back or complained. I also am a very good tipper due to the fact I’ve worked as a waitress many years ago and know how they depend on tips so I always leave 20% or more depending on the bill. The Steak I ordered medium well, it was cooked medium. My shrimp were over cooked and tasted as if they had been cooked earlier that day and just warmed and put on my plate. The string beans were tasteless even with me adding salt and pepper, and my mash potatoes were cold and also tasteless. Two of my other friends ordered the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo and their food was also horrible. The noodles were over cooked and mushy, and the alfredo sauce was soupy. The owner was very rude and nasty! After reading other reviews "Customer Service" is not their strong point and neither is their food!!
