I had a wonderful experience at Doug Henry Ford and my sales person Jay Coggins helped with every question I had and made the process easy and convenient! I will definitely choose Doug Henry Ford of Tarboro in the future and I strongly recommend them. I love my new Fusion! Go see Jay Coggins and you will not be disappointed!

The service I received at Doug Henry Ford was phenomenal. I dealt with Mr. Jay Coggins from the beginning and he done an outstanding job with no added pressure. To sum it up the whole staff was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend Doug Henry Ford, they have the best prices around.

I was looking around for a new truck and had visited several dealerships in person and on the internet but was not able to find the truck I wanted. I drove down from Ahoskie to Doug Henry Ford in Tarboro to look at the trucks they had available. Not only did they have the truck I was looking for they had the best prices! The staff is amazing, very helpful and are willing to do whatever they can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Lee Grimsley was great, he was patient with us and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. It took us a couple of days to close the deal but everyone as I said was extremely patient with us. I would most definitely recommend Lee and Doug Henry Ford to family and friends. Best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had!!

My experience with Doug Henry Ford was outstanding. I was in contact with Larry for several days to set up a time to come in and test drive since I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I got out of work late on the day of the test drive, but Larry and Joe were happy to stay an hour past their closing time so I could still go to the dealership. It's hard to find great customer service like that anymore. The used Ford I purchased from them was as great as it looked on their website - no hidden problems. It has been running great since the day I drove it off the lot. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a vehicle along with great customer service.

I done business with Doug Henry Ford on Wednesday Dec. 18, 2013. I dealt with Mr. Vitus Bradshaw (from the Doug Henry Chevy lot in Tarboro). I also dealt with Mr. Joe Tillery (the finance manager) for Doug Henry Ford. Both men went above and beyond great customer service to make sure my needs were met and I was taken care of. I originally went in to look at a used Dodge Charger, but with Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Tillery's help, I was able to get into a BRAND NEW Ford vehicle!



I would highly recommend both employees and Doug Henry Ford in Tarboro to any friend or family member. Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Tillery will surely take care of you and exceed your expectations!
