i need help in getting into a day program or outpatient program ive been in tarboro nc for about seven months now im trying to get in a drug and mental health program during the day i have psych in wilson im diagnose with ptsd and biploar im seven months clean from drugs but i need more education on it i cant work im on disabilty cause of my illness ive got medicare and secondary insurance i just need to do somthing during in the day because im just sitting around the house getting more depress i dont drive so i could get around i know one out have a solution
