The repairman insisted I should have taken my snowblower to their facility rather than pay the extra cost to have him come to me. I couldn't take it in due to its size and weight and the size of my vehicle. He did NOT complete the repair. The part that was shipped to me was not the correct size, so he had to go to an auto parts store to purchase a longer hose. After his repair (which he had diagnosed as THE needed repair), the snow blower still does not work. He blamed it on Sears not providing appropriate tools for him to do such a repair away from the facility. I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome of this experience, both in the diagnosis and the half-done repair, and I'm now faced with having to continue to search for an appropriately trained professional to fix the machine. I will NOT be using Sears again.
