Weleski Transfer self-hauls over 90% of our moves. If you book a move with us, you will have a Weleski Transfer moving professional managing your move from origin to destination. You will not have different movers packing your goods, another person hauling your goods and a different party delivering your goods. We assign a personal Move Coordinator to every move. While most companies only employ Account Coordinators for corporate national accounts, Weleski assigns a Move Coordinator to every household goods move, personal or corporate. We manage the entire move process. We do not rely on a large national van line to set dates and assign crews. Weleski manages the process from beginning to end. We employ a full time, in-house Customer Service Representative to manage all claims matters. If there are residual damage claims, Weleski administers the claim, not a national van line representative. Did an excellent job packing, moving, and unloading. However, after multiple phone calls, never came to pick up the moving boxes that still make our garage unusable.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before booking with Weleski. They BROKE, nicked, and otherwise damaged just about every piece of furniture they moved. They brought the rugs in AFTER they brought the furniture in and claimed they couldn't roll out the rugs. They DID NOT SET UP the furniture that needed setting up (hello, the bed???) and put furniture in the wrong room (who puts or leaves a mattress in the kitchen?), made disparaging comments about my belongings ("This TV is a dinosaur"--yes, it's a 6-year-old TV, so what? Movers are paid to MOVE, not critique). Didn't introduce themselves, didn't take an inventory or confirm insurance coverage or decline thereof, didn't wrap the furniture, overcharged for the trip (supposed to be a 1-hour charge in each direction, they charged 1.5 hours) . . . NEVER AGAIN.
