I could not imagine a less positive realty experience than the one my husband and I had with Maureen. She was completely unprofessional, at times even bragging to us about the unethical things she has done to make sales happen in the past. She consistently bad-mouthed the listing agent when the sale wasn't progressing as quickly as we thought it should, and ultimately told us she would be going after his MLS licence because of his bad performance. She sent us emails (with horrendous grammar), telling us one price for an inspection, then asking the check be made out for more because the initial price is no longer the current price. Then when we questioned her about the price change, her response was "DO YOU WANT THIS HOUSE OR NOT!?"
