Provided by YP.comMy experience has been terrible also.Bought a Vengeance from cabelas in 14. First year was good. (though I only shot it 20 -30 -times). 2nd year ,first week of deer season the limb support breaks in half while cocking.Sent Bow back to Barnetts in fla . (Cost me 50 bucks to ship). Was told 7 - 10 business days to repair.20 business days later(1 month) still no bow.Called several times only to be told it was on the repair bench and they could not tell me when it will be done.Asked to talk to a manager and was told they are in a different building and the only way to talk to them was through e-mail.REALLY!!! Still no bow and bow season is over next week.Missed the whole season.Tried calling today and all I get is a buzz from a fax machine.Stay away from this company.

Provided by YP.comI had an awesome experience. I had recently bought a Barnett Quad 400 on craigslist, got it home and while cleaning it found that one of the limbs was cracked/fractured. I researched the issue and came to the conclusion that I didn't feel safe using it as it was. So after looking up the company online, I was surprised to find they were located fairly close to where I live. So I called and the nice woman that took the call told me that if I brought the crossbow in they would look it over for free and let me know what all it needed. So I dropped it off at the desk and left my info. About two hours later she called me and told me the crossbow was ready to be picked up and that they replaced the entire front end and the trigger mech on it. I was a little shocked because I was worried about what it was going to cost and that the work had already been done but when I questioned her about it, she told me everything was free of charge. Then I was really shocked but in an awesome way, I couldn't get there fast enough. It was beautiful and they really did replace the entire front end and the trigger mech with brand new parts, who does that anymore. No company has ever done anything like that for me before. I couldn't thank them enough and even though it was doom and gloom kind of weather outside, my day was bright and awesome. These people are awesome. They gained my appreciation, future business and recommendation that I will give to others with my story. Unbelievable but it happened to me... It's beautiful... Thanks Barnett Outdoors, LLC...

Provided by YP.comMy experience so far has been terrible. I purchased a brand new Barnett Razor through a local bow shop in October. In November the day after Thanksgiving the trigger mechanism locked with the cross bow drawn and would not fire. The local bow shop talked to Barnett and arranged for the warranty work but I had to pay for shipment fully assembled and with my return address due to the local bow shop closing business for several months to be relocated. After 3 weeks and no mail I called Barnett. The lady told me the package had been delivered and signed for. The bow was sent to the closed business. After frantic calls to trace my crossbow it was discovered that the owner happened to be at his business moving and accepted it. I get home to open the box and the crossbow was dissembled in two pieces like it comes new when purchased. I immediately noticed a Limbsaver that I had purchased and left on the limbs when shipped were removed but one was broken. Then, the main bolt that connects the two bodies was nowhere to be found. I then contacted Barnett by email and voiced my displeasure and asked for an immediate shipment of the bolt due to bow season drawing near in a week. She 1st told me normally they ask me to keep the bolt before shipment but I had explained to her that was not possible due to the nature of the problem and shipped assembled. She then apologized and said she would send it . Got my package in the mail 3 days ago on a Friday and I simply could not believe what I was seeing. The only thing in the package was a tiny lock washer. No bolt to be found. I called 1st thing Monday morning and again I get sort of an apology with a little be of laughter. I failed to see the humor since I was taking vacation to go on a trip to bow hunt and instead had to postpone. Then she tells me I caught them at a bad time because they are doing inventory this week. Really? Is this some kind of cruel joke? How do these people stay in business?
