I began my experience with CBT Campus quite a few years ago (I think around 8 now) and I must say that besides their training being incredible, their support staff has been outstanding. I recently had a family emergency that arose that affected several aspects of my life and I called them for assistance with my account. Not only were they compassionate to my situation, but they went above and beyond what I was asking for just to make things a little easier on me. I also like the fact that no matter when I contact them, I deal with the same people (sometimes the same ones from the beginning of my training) and I don't have to feel like I am getting the run around. All in all, I would recommend this training and company to all of my colleagues, friends and family members.

Received a call from this agency about certification (granted I'm already A+ and Net+ certified) and i didn't recognize the name so i politely told the lady that I would need to disconnect the call. I dismissed it as a telemarketer and moved on. Another agent called back less than 10 minutes later and a friend of mine (who loves to give sales calls grief) picked up and faked a Spanish accent till the person hung up. This person then calls my job (which is publicly listed and the website of the University i work for) and told my boss i was unprofessional and that i needed customer service training.



I decided to call and find out what gave them the right to call my workplace. The guy in charge says that "the manager felt that the Campus you work for should be notified of professionalism"



Who gives these people the right to say what is unprofessional on a personal phone call. My supervisor was looking to take legal action against these people and i hope he can.

Gonna co-sign with what previous reviewer wrote. This is an aggressive business that looks out only for their own interests. Enrolled in their A+ certification course, after receiving immense pressure from the sales rep on the phone. Tried it out and didn't like their product. It was typos galore, which is not a good sign. Not to mention all the technical issues I ran into.



Called them back next opportunity possible to see if I could at least cancel my enrollment with a penalty. No can do. The only way to get a refund is to attempt the certification exam twice and fail. That means you're paying an additional over $300 just to get your money back. Spoke with customer support manager. Nothing he could do except be rude and patronizing, saying things such as, 'It doesn't make me look bad that I can't return your money.'



I have to say, worst interaction ever with a customer support rep. Don't do business with these clowns.

Dishonest and offensively aggressive business! I called them to find out about A+ certifications since I knew nothing about those and was told I needed one by an acquaintance. An extremely aggressive salesman named Rob Roy called me while I was riding on a metro, I told him I would call him back, then he called me again a little later while I was eating in a restaurant, whereupon he insulted me and stressed me out badly as I was about to eat my meal, and he never did give me the very basic information I had requested from the start. I later found out he outright lied to me since I checked with a manager at Best Buy's Geek Squad and was told that an A+ cert is not needed to be considered for employment there, which is exactly the opposite of what Rob Roy told me. Based on the reviews I found later online for this company from students who had lost thousands of dollars through scams, I say: give this company a wide berth!
