Representative told me that they could not supply my cpap mask because their cost was greater than the reimbursement from my insurance. That is understandable, but they took way too long to advise me, and mistakenly (being generous here) told me the headgear is not sold separately. The two replacement cushions O2 sent were not in original packaging, nor were the disposable filters, one per package. My first contact with them was with a representative who was forgetful (lost my referral), misunderstood my concerns, and was verbally unpleasant (generous again). The other representative I dealt with was more professional.

I have been waiting for over a month for my c-pap supplies. 2 wks ago they said that supplies
should be here anytime. I now have been on the phone for 15 min while they try to find a supervisor. This company should be avoided at all cost. Glad I'm not waiting for oxygen.

One I have now is American Home Patient, they do not care either !!

Both my wife and I have been in the medical community for over 35year each and have had the opportunity to use medical equipment companies throughout our careers. This company has more excuses and offers poor patient care satisfaction. They were out of beds, wheel chairs, and when pressed, they did have equipment that was cheap and fell apart on us. They said it would take two weeks to replace the wheel chair. With both hospital and hospice experience, this company should be avoided at all costs. The only professional statement I can make is that their set-up man, Nick Gordon is a gem. He is the only one who shows truly caring about the patients. My best advice is that he finds employment with a company that offers service and quality equipment. I would rate this company 1 star and that is Nick.
