First-class customer service and install services. It's a long story about a permit lien discovered on our property when we went sell but Parker Doors moved heaven and earth to assist us quickly so we did not lose our buyer. I called Pinellas County permit services and said my title company found a missed permit lien from three owners ago on my property and he told me to call the company that installed the door to fix it - he said "they are a reputable company and will take care of it, just call them". I called Parker Doors and explained my situation. Parker paid for a permit 15 years ago but homeowner never let County in to inspect garage door. Parker contacted the county for me, filed a new permit for me, sent a gentleman to inspect and repaired door for inspection at a fair price (someone drove through it over the years and it would not pass inspection). It was a custom sized door as it is oversized and they had all products delivered, installed, and county there for inspection in days. They knew I was a wreck I could lose buyer as settlement was a week away. They were truly amazing and displayed top-notch professionalism. I have told everyone I work with about this company. Great technician but horrible customer service. Would not recommend or use them again. Owner, David Parker did not respond to a letter I sent so I guess the employees follow his example of how to value business.

The 2 men who installed the door were very professional and worked very quickly. The saleman was VERY knowledgeable and gave us a really good price. The only thing that would be any negative comment would be that I was given an appointment and I was the one that had to keep calling to find out where the salesman was. Was suppose to be here between 11:00 and 1:00 but didn't show up until close to 5:00. Other than that I would use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.
