MUST STAY AWAYI ordered a custom cart from FRAUD FRANK and got taken. I ordered a cart for my family 30 days prior to Christmas. (THIS WAS A MY KIDS CHRISTMAS GIFT) Frank said no problem, I can have it done any color style and for an extra $1500 I can have it titled and registered street legal. I gave my card to put half down and half on delivery and he charged the whole price. Then I never heard from him. I was calling and texting for a delivery date and pictures, but no answer. I finally here from him 2 days before Christmas asking for an insurance card to register it. I thought we were all set until the day before Christmas eve he called and said cart was almost done, I need to put motor and seats in. I thought to myself how is he going to get this street legal if he has not done it before now. I started to question him and all I got were lies. On Christmas eve I finally get my first picture. The cart was red (I ordered maroon) the tires and rims I picked out were not the same. The seats were the wrong color. I called him and he said he would call me back after he fixed it and send me pictures. He said if I was not happy he would refund my money. I did not hear from him all day Christmas eve after me trying numerus times. I was having a party and a truck shows up at 10:00 with the wrong color, no windshield, batteries were leaking and old, was not registered and not street legal. I did not take delivery so my kids had no Christmas gift. I called him and got no answer. Now he will not refund my money. I am out $7200 and I am suing him. PLEASE BE AWEAR this guy is a huge fraud and a criminal. Read his rap sheet. I don't know how a guy can sleep at night knowing he spoiled Christmas for children. He is a SCUM BAG. DO NOT BUY FROM FRANK PROVENZONO. I wish I would have read the reviews on him before I ordered from him. He also stating NO REFUNDS when I tried to get my money back. CROOK.

Had a Terrible experience. After reading the internet reviews, I wish I would have seen them prior to going. Was told 3 day turnaround turned into weeks. Long story short: Went for paint job, and blinker/brake light install. They couldn't figure out the blinker kit without buying new lights which were not needed, so only did brakes.. They replaced my wiring harness just because it wasn't there brand.. Not needed.. All they needed to do was to put new ends on. After my cart was delivered home, I found out they forgot to put back on the trim, plastic push tabs, and removed my serial number decals, amongst other parts they lost. They picked up my cart 2 times, and sent someone out 2 times, to fix issues with the new work they completed at there shop. The sales rep seemed to want to help fix the issues, but always was short and started to get on my nerves. Weeks later I am sick of dealing with them and settled on cash back due to terrible service.
