This ulta is absolutely amazing. The staff b is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.including the salon and boutiques. I regularly come to this store for all of my beauty needs and always go to Jamie in the salon for my hair. The staff act like a giant family and always make you feel welcome. It's always well stocked and pristine. It never even looks slightly dirty. I'm so glad they opened up so close to me. Definitely visit this store. You won't regret it.

Had my hair done by Sam in the salon, she did a color and cut and I absolutely love it! We did an asemmectrical cut and I love the shortness in the back and the long hair in the front! I've never felt so sexy since I had my baby! Thanks Sam for making me feel like me again!!

If I could rate them zero stars I would - NONE OF THEM HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! 1 out 5 of their employees know how to actually apply makeup which looks half decent. God forbid you get your hair done there, sure it will grow back but you'll walk out of there looking like Helen Keller styled your hair & don't bother calling for any inquires because their manager will not do anything about you waiting on hold for 15 minutes & quickly dismiss your question with a call back or the excuse that they have the band but might be out of stock. Shop online or go to to the one in Clearwater it's worth the trip!

DO NOT GO TO THE SALON. Samantha Baker butchered my hair. I was very specific on what I wanted & even asked her prior if she was confident in her abilities to do ombré. My hair was in good condition and very blonde before she butchered my hair. After she "finished" my hair, it was still wet & she was ready to send me on my way. I then started to run my fingers through to check the color & I had to say something to HER before she checked her work. Then the salon manager, Jamie, had to come over & take over. Samantha shouldn't be allowed to work on anyone's hair- I don't know how she's managed this far. Jamie did what she could, but I left with dried out hair that was nothing what I wanted & they still tried to charge me $130. I only paid $62, but that was still ridiculous considering they MESSED my hair up entirely. Spending 6 hours, having my hair processed twice, and having to pay for their mistake and leaving with something I hate and didn't ask for... The worst salon experience I have ever had in my life!! Not one person has said my hair looks good. I told them I wanted to keep most of my blonde, and I left with ugly, dirt looking fried brown hair. I would definitely seek elsewhere for services. Not only do they seem incompetent, but they tried to say my hair wasn't in good condition to justify their ignorance and lack of knowledge... I would've been better off dying my hair myself. TOTAL RIP OFF. Go elsewhere or you will regret it.

This store is so beautiful! It's so different than the other ultas. The ladies are great and are always there to help and suggest different cosmetics or eager to try colors on you! I love this ulta! If you see Katie, have her color match you for the smashbox foundation; It's to die for!!!
