I was at this location Monday 8/7/17 4:37 pm. I waited a FULL 15 minutes while the Man behind the counter and the Teller chatted about trips to Italy, how many years they'd been married and on and on. Then the customer made a drink date for Friday with the Man who seemed to be in charge. There were 3 other people who could of taken my transaction. No one even acknowledged me.I finally asked about the drive thur window clerk waiting on me since they were having a social conversation. The Man, No name tag, patronized me even more by saying, "thank you for your patients"! Duh...No. Not professional of you to have a long detailed conversation while others are waiting! I spoke with the manager, Amanda Seger, who said the branch is under going changes. Yea. Really? They should just close it. Don't even attempt to do service there. A big waste of your time!
