I paid $120.00 deposit, order part's, charged $303.57 something included tax & shipping & labor said at invoice. but
problem was my refregrater temperature not cold enough, find out I didn't closed doors tightly. after that I carefully closed it. it Make sure. since working fine. so
I told Michael, whenever later when I have time or problem will call for service, I already paid get credit. said OK. time passed over year, I have problem, I called for service,
owner, Michael, said my credit $ 120.00 deposited is gone. no more take a service. I just lost my $ 120.00 without service because said past over 1 year. they told me other's now.
what's horrible business. I did before even referred to 3 my friends got them used. not even appreciated. don't care about at all. terrible experienced.!! no more ...

Provided by YP.comUPDATE: Read first part for full context- Got a call from them this morning. After WEEKS of claiming they "fixed my oven," and treating me like a crazy person for telling them they didn't, now they're changing their tune to save face.
My Home Warranty sent out a different company for "a second opinion" who found (no surprise) my oven still wasn't fixed. I'm sure the Warranty Co reported this back to Michael's. Also, I let them know I would be reporting them to the BBB for essentially defrauding me (I paid them and they didn't do anything). So once they likely realized they might be in some trouble, ALL OF A SUDDEN, after WEEKS of saying one thing, now they're claiming, "Well, we were just waiting for our parts distribution company to get back to us." BS. If that's the case, why have they been telling me and my Warranty Co that they FIXED MY OVEN on their first visit, why would it take THAT long to hear back from the distributors, why would there be no follow-up, no returned phone calls, and why wouldn't they keep anyone in the loop about all this while they were waiting to hear? It just doesn't add up. So on top of everything else, they're liars and weasels. They got caught and instead of being men and owning up to it, they're just trying to slither out of their mess.
I don't mind that there was a miscommunication early on, things happen. But what kills me is how rude, dismissive, and unprofessional they were when I tried to correct their mistake. And now to try to maneuver their way out, take no responsibility and offer no apology is frankly childish and shameful. I would hope people take more pride in their work and their personal character than this.
Please. Stay away. Stay far far away...
FIRST REVIEW: Is there a way to give less than Zero stars? This can't be a real company.
For our first appointment, nobody showed up, nobody called (and nobody apologized). I called them back to reschedule. A technician came out, TOOK A PICTURE of my oven and then LEFT. He said he needed approval to replace a broken piece. I didn't hear back from them for 3 days. I followed up and they claimed they FIXED my oven. I assure you, THEY DID NOT. Now they won't return my calls and when my insurance company contacts them, they just say, "we already fixed it." This has been going on almost 3 weeks and the problem is yet to be solved. Every time I talked to ANDREW, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. The bottom line is, I paid this company to do a job that they simply REFUSE to do. Finally, I had to insist my insurance send out a real company to actually complete this work. Again, all Michael's ever did was take a picture of the old part. That's it. It's a really easy fix so there was no need for all this nonsense. Please, under no circumstances should you do business with these rude, arrogant, incompetent people. Mind-boggling...

Provided by YP.comNever ever do business with this company. Absolutely rude and racist owner Michael will answer your call with all possible rudeness and no courtesy for the business you are providing to his filthy business.
The technician when thy arrives at your place doesn't know what are they here for and you end up explaining them everything again instead of this company telling technician before hand that what is needed to be done.
Even worse is that they don't understand extended-warranty claims and that a customer would need to have them fill up a form in order to claim extended warranty. Michael's small mind thinks that is not business for him, but he doesn't understand that once extended warranty claim is approved he will get the business. But now he will get nothing.
Again this company's owner Michael is a rude arrogant racist guy. I suggest you never do business with them.

Provided by YP.comNEVER NEVER CALL THIS PLACE....... supposely fixed my ice maker for over $250 that broke 3 months later........came out and told me the parts they had replaced were now no good and it would be another $346 to fix......then charged me the $45 service all......my fault for paying that.......stay away!!!!! ...would give no stars if i could

I spent almost $600 with these people repairing my drawer dishwasher. When the tech was repairing the dishwasher he cracked the plastic frame that was inside the dishwasher. He said he would order the part and return with in a week. After the tech left I noticed the dish drawer wouldn't close all the way- that it wasn't put back together properly. He completely scratched the hell out of my custom cabinetry and after all the $ I spent, the dishwasher now leaks if I try to run it.
I called several times to get them back out to repair the damages but never got a call back. I finally was put through to the owner of the company who told me they tried to return my calls and that now my machine was out of warranty and that they wouldn't come back without me paying for another service call. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUN THE OTHER WAY! FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

This company has everything you want - a punctual and friendly man showed up & assessed and replaced a part in my range all in about 30 mins. The repair man is a nice, older gentleman who worked quickly and efficiently and didn't try to sell me a thing. Also gave me a quick run through on how to properly clean my range - very helpful. Highly recommended!

OMG we have to use these guys because our Home Warranty company uses them. They are awful!!! The guy on the phone tells you 2 hour windows but then calls when the tech is already 30 or more minutes late. or they just don't call at all, and when you call wondering where the tech is, since you took off of work early, they are act like you are bothering them and are having an attitude problem! First Appt they were almost 2 hours late and the guy on the phone was so rude when i asked where the tech was? I told him that generally when you know your tech is running late you should call your customer and he said "I don't understand why you are upset, he'll be there shortly" an hour later he showed up. The tech was okay nice but that guy on the phone super jerk! Tonight they said between 5-7pm to come back and actually fix the problem,it's now 756pm and the guy on the phone had the nerve to ask my husband "why are you being so difficult sir" when my husband was trying to explain that coming now at 845pm is too late to fix the oven as we have kids and we get up at 445am! What a jerk, had no concept of customer service what so ever. Home Warranty has already refunded our money and apologized, why do people get annoyed for having to work for their pay, i have to do it everyday. So frustrating! Good luck if you ever use these guys. ugh.

Had my Fisher & Paykel washer repaired and my dryer maintenanced also. Everything works perfectly.
