I got my nail done first time at this nail shop. The tech handled my nail without any technique, cut me twice and caused me pain on several times. Also, though I don't look Vietnamese, I can understand it fluently. The technicians were saying very rude things about other customers. They talked bad about how bad customers dressed and what they wear, how old the customer looked, and and complained loudly about how little they were tipped. They made jokes about what they were going to do with all the oodles of money they had now. Isn’t it bad enough to discriminate customers by the race and color and age , but also discriminate because of attire. Really bad attitude and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

However, I didn't stop them from continuing to bad mouth other customers.
