Excellent service. They offered me a free brake check and then they realized i didnt need brakes but my calipers on the right side were getting worn down. They were honest and fast and I appreciate that in a auto repair shop.

MIKE IS THE BEST He looked at my car free of charge, in a walk in basis. I went to another shop in SFV and he couldn't solve my brake noise problem so I took the chance of going to brake masters in tarzana. He fixed my brake noise problem and told me what I needed for my front rotors. He mentioned what I'd like to pay and how my business is not as important as my safety, no other place says this! I was shocked and I told him I want to take an safety precaution and get the better brakes and he was able to show me the discount, MUCH LESS THAN THE OTHER PLACE I USED TO GO TO, and I now have a permanent mechanic shop to go to. ASK FOR MIKE P , he is the best!!

Under new management recently, they really have changed. Good prices and no problem reliability. I go back anytime.
