If I could give this car wash a NEGATIVE 10 I would.

To make a long story short after being there oven an hour and having to leave my car was ABSOLUTLYY FILTHY. The wheels were a joke and almost as dirty as when I brought it in. The car still had dirt all over it. Meanwhile other customers who are there are also complaining that their cars are sitting in the sun after the wash and NOBODY has touched them for at least 10-15 minutes. We are all demanding out money back and the cashier puts up a little sign that says "back in 5 minutes" and disappears. There is no manager, no owner, basically NOBODY who is willing to help us at all.
The guy writing tickets and I have a verbal confrontation because he refuses to acknowledge just how bad my car looks. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I took pictures that tell the whole story.

Cannot believe how rude these people are. Horrible service. Horrible car wash skills. And there employees smelled like liquor.

I was there with my kid today when I saw the manager a bald man have an argument with a customer. The customer asked about a price that they are always charged and the manager got mad and said no. The customer said he would go somewhere else and the manager was rude again, The customer then said he would leave and call the owner. There was a yelling match and as the customer was driving away the manager came out with a steel pole dust pan and opened the car door of the customer's car and threatened to beat him up. His employees then grabbed the customer against his will and wanted to force him outside. This was assault and battery . The only thing the customer said was he would call the owner. These people are insane and they lost me as a customer too. I would advise that you go to another car wash in the area.. I will be. I hope the owner sees this Yelp review and fires the bald man who was working the cash register on April 18th at 4:30. As a long time customer seeing this with a small child these people should be ashamed. The bald man is in his mid 50's and needed a posse of 8 people to beat up someone driving away in their car.
