i am a current tenant and I have lived here for 1 year. My apartment is falling apart. They have asked me for pet deposits more than once when i have already paid them. . . .my AC is not working when i need it the most and now since there isn t a site manager I have been robbed of my parking spot, 5 and 6 family member people live in 1 bedrooms and the kids in the building ruin everything in the exterior part of the complex. aside from that my rent is constantly going up and they re are constantly asking for extra fee s for light, water, trash etc.
