Polaris Teen Center is a teen treatment facility and residential rehab for teens in Los Angeles, California. We offer evidence-based treatment for teens and struggling youth ages 12 to 17. Our certified clinicians offer evidence-based psychiatric treatment in a safe, secure residential setting. Medical Team Certifications - Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, and Pediatrics. Medical Team Certifications - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
