JoAnn Jelin is never in the office or available to speak to. This office does not have any sense of urgency. If you have a leaking pipe or any type of issue for that matter, you will wait weeks or even months before receiving a phone call back. They DO NOT use email. They will take messages over and over and you will never get a call back. I DO NOT recommend anyone using this Company. They are extremely unprofessional and very rude. I am baffled that this company has survived this long.
