The mechanics at Action Automotive were two of the kindest people I've met in a long time. Both were very patient and friendly; they explained everything beforehand, quoted me the price they actually charged me, AND fixed my sticking starter (w/graphite) and checked out the belts and fluids and everything for free. I'm thrilled with their service, and I will definitely be using them and recommending them to everyone I know.



I talked to one of them (I suppose he's the main mechanic) on the phone twice; both times, he was very patient and thorough. While I didn't make an appointment exactly, he got me in as early as he could (which was actually the first day I was available). He was up-front with me on how long it could take. He was flat-out awesome. The other mechanic was extremely nice also and offered to add more graphite if I had any problems in the future with my starter. Very kind.



Yeah, I don't think I'll be going anywhere else if I can help it.
