A truck that wouldn't start was towed to my shop. I suspected the engine ECU, and shipped it to BBA for testing. After about a week, they said nothing was wrong with it, charged $100, and sent it back.

Believing that their diagnosis was true, I spent hours trying to figure out what else the problem might be. In the end, I installed a different ECU, and the truck started right up.

I called BBA about the problem with their service, and they just fobbed me off. I paid them for nothing! Thanks to their false and deceptive diagnosis, many extremely aggravating hours of labor were wasted, that I won't get paid for. I'll never send them any more work, and have disputed their charge on my credit card.

My exterior temp readout died on my 2000 Vet. I was told by my local garage that it could not be fixed because GM no longer had required parts in inventory. BBA quoted $99 to fix and a three day turn-around. They fixed it in two days and charged me the quoted price. The control is now back in my Vet and working.
