I'd like to give this store 0 stars. These people are rude and they charge whatever they feel like. There are no prices on any of their goods. They tried to charge me $15 for an i-phone screen protector. Daylight robbery. I walked into the store and there were no employees there. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to call the store. They guy told me whoever would be back soon. Eventually he turned up. The minute I explained why I was there his cell phone rang and he answered it and started talking as if I wasn't even in the store. Whatever you do, don't go in this store. They should be reported to the police.

This company is highly unprofessional. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge there to have the battery replaced. I was quoted a price of $40 and was told "we can do it no problem". I was happy with the price and agreed. I left my phone with them and went back home as I was told it would be around 3 hours. 4 hours later, I hadn't heard from them so I called them. After explaining to them what was going on, the man on the phone said "Oh I was just going to call you." He went on to say, if I proceed with changing the battery, the glass backing of the phone could break. I told him forget it then, even though I was told when I was there, that "we can do it no problem". The man on the phone got flustered and hung up on me (said he had customers there). I arrived back at the store to pick up my phone and when I was handed it back, he explained to me he cracked the glass backing... Obviously I wasn't happy as I told him not to do the battery replacement if breaking the phone was a possibility. He apologized and gave me a cheap phone case to cover the back of the phone. Also, the battery replacement was never completed... The man calls the owner and then he tells me they will fix my phone but first need to order the new glass back. Of course I agree. A week after this, I called the store and was told the part still hasn't came in. A week after that, I went to the store and spoke with a man who told me his name was "San". I explained to him the situation and his only response was "it wasn't me who broke your phone." I explained to him that I don't care if it was or wasn't him, and that I would like my phone fixed. "San" just smirked at me and held back his laughter almost mocking me. I walked out of the store and told him I'll get a hold of his boss. The store owner called me 15 mins after I left the store apologizing to me and explaining the shipping info says the piece will be in tomorrow and he would call me back. Here we are a week and a later, and still nothing.
