At FIRST this place was good, its decent with nice beds and stand ups. I signed up for the $20/mo unlimited Lv.1 tanning. The woman who signed me up told me I could cancel after 3 months, which would have been great for me since I was moving at the end of summer. This was not true. When I was ready to move, I went to cancel my membership, just to find out it is actually a 6 month contract and I could "freeze" my account only. I was aggravated but decided to freeze my account. A couple months later I look at my bank account and $40 was drawn out by GLOW on the same day. I called them, a girl answers and told me to call back later when the owner was there. I called the owner and I couldnt believe how unprofessional and rude he was about the situation. He claimed he never got the form saying that I wanted to freeze my account nor did he believe me. He didnt refund me any of my money, said he would cancel further payments and hung up the phone. WTF I wasnt even rude or an "angry customer" about the situation. The employees are obviously not trained well. So mad right now! I just had to write this review. Overall: Awful place
