Horrible company!! Whenever I call about a problem that has happened on my child's bus they never call me back. My child is on bus A12 in Attleboro, they randomly switch bus stops, the bus driver sometimes rides by the bus stop, the driver sometimes drops the kids off in dangerous areas, they don't have bus monitors, and the bus comes at random times between 8:00-8:15am and 3:45-4:10pm. I hate that I have to put my child on their bus.

The customer service was excellent and their correspondence was quick and professional. Highly recommended!

so unprofessional....my kids dont ride the bus and i have a major issue witht he safety of the children on these buses....bus T7,T17,T26......and many more do not follow the road laws...i have called to speak to supervisor and they never put supervisor on the phone...i leave my nam e and number and get no call back...who conducts a business like that??if my kids were on them buses we would have a really big issue....someone needs to do something.

I have called a few times to the bus company for one reason or anyother. Either it being, where is the bus? Or why did she only beep once and leave. I get an explanation with not real reason why. The gentelmen that I usually talk to is rude and does not communicate properly with the people HE is supposed to be there for. I wonder if everyone did business like this, where would we be??? Oh that's right. NO WHERE! The Taunton school system really needs a new change. Rude and inconciderate is not how I want my children to grow up to be good people, not jerks like their examples. Between the people that bring them to school and the people at the school my children hate it. Everyone is rude and mean and can treat children even with a little respect. They are people also. Maybe we really need to take a look at these people remove them and start over. Done with the attitude when I call. A change is needed.
