I have used this store many times in the last five years. I have never been disappointed. They carry far more items than Home Depot or Lowes, esoteric stuff the way hardware stores used to before the big boxes put 'em out of business. One example. They carry salt shaker stoppers. Full range of sizes, your choice rubber or cork. Home Depot used to cary things like that. They just stopped cutting plexiglass. It's a tremendous resource for a guy who owns 100 year old apartment houses. Always polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Other two reviewers baffle me.

No stars, if I can post this review. We chose to had a set of keys made there to promote a local mom and pop shop over Lowe's and Home Depot. One of them worked fine and when I returned to the store to tell them the other one doesn't work, they refuse to simply admit the mistake and make me another one to send me on my way. The kid and the woman behind the counter are two of the worst customer service people I've met for a long time. That woman is completely a female dog. I will never go back to that store and will not recommend it to anyone. I hope they can take whatever profit they made off of me from that one lousy key to the grave. Can't wait to see Lowe's or Home Depot put them out of business.

The manager and owner are completely unprofessional and rude. I gave them a lot of business and will never go there again.
